Frank DeBernardo

With an office in Capitola, Frank DeBernardo leads PORTFOLIO Real Estate as broker and owner, and has arranged the sale of numerous properties across Santa Cruz County. Overseeing commercial and residential transactions, he represents the interests of both buyers and sellers. Frank DeBernardo has a hands-on approach to boutique office management. He has coordinated more than two dozen transactions annually, including luxury beachfront properties, with sales totaling as much as $60 million.

Mr. DeBernardo started out in the family business as a teenager, serving as an account manager with DeBernardo Construction. He coordinated a number of real estate development projects, with a focus on gaining approval for several new subdivisions, spanning 250 single- and multi-family properties.

Mr. DeBernardo maintains a strong local presence, and has led fundraising of $100,000 toward the renovation of a community park. The park was dedicated to the son of a client who passed away due to cancer. Frank DeBernardo also enjoys golfing at courses such as Pebble Beach in his free time, and maintains a passion for soccer gained from his father.
